 $5,000.00 buys you 4 seats in the same box. No more seats, no discount for fewer seats, it is four seats in the same box. Please look on our seating chart to locate the box seats we still have available for 2023.

Box seats are good for EVERYTHING we host in 2023.

One day prior to each event we will contact the point-person (purchaser) to see if they plan to use their box seats for the upcoming event, or if they have chosen another party to give them to. If both answers are “no” we will then ask if we can release that box for sale for the upcoming event. If you say “yes” we may attempt to sell those seats, but you will not be given any refund or percentage of the total amount you paid for the box seats. 

However, you also reserve the right to tell us not to re-sell those tickets when we ask.  

If you or the party you’ve given your tickets to have not arrived by fifteen minutes after the start of a show we reserve the right to seat anyone else in that set of box seats at that time with no compensation to you or your other party.

This arrangement is for all of 2023, beginning January 1 and ending with anything we choose to offer through December 31, 2023. However in the event that we host a New Year’s Eve Dance Party on December 31 2023, that is not part of this deal.

You will receive wait-service for the concerts and plays only, not the other offerings, and your cost of the box seats does not include the cost of any of our concessions and bar. That is extra.  

Again, you have the right to offer your box seats to others in your family or friends, we just ask to be notified of the new point-person in the group for that upcoming event.
