Safety and Sanitizing Efforts

The Murphy Theatre implemented increased sanitation and cleaning practices throughout the pandemic, and we continue to follow enhanced safety and cleaning protocols and provide hand sanitizer throughout the facility. A UV Germicidal Irradiation System was added to the HVAC Air Handling System that will help recirculate healthy air in the auditorium of the Murphy. The system is designed to disinfect the air by killing bacteria, germs, spores, mold, and viruses, including the Corona Virus.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and patronage, understanding that all policy decisions made were always with the best of intentions, that being the safety of our patrons, volunteers, and staff.
